چکیده
Pitaya belongs to the family Cactaceae and genus Hylocereus. It is essential todevelop tissue culture protocols according appropriate variety spread pitayacommercial production ensure healthy sapling production. This study aimed todetermine best plant growth regulators (PGRs) in micropropagation process, and their effects on different pitaya cultivars were evaluated. Shoots of pitayacultivars cultured Murashige Skoog (MS) basal medium supplementedwith Indole-3-butyric (IBA), 6-benzyl amino purine (BAP), gibberellic acid(GA3). The highest coefficient was determined Physical Graffitivariety MS supplemented with 2 mg/L BAP. general evaluation based that RoyalRed variety. In vitro rooting studies, Royal Red(54.47%), followed by Siam Red (50.33%), Graffiti (47.75%), SeoulKitchen (44.82%). grown R2 (MSmedium 1 mg/l IBA) gave results all criteriaof shoot length (4.28 cm), root (6.45 formation face(74.48%). envisioned these differences between micropropagation, growth, used studies resulted from cultivar characteristics. Keywords: Pitaya, vitro, Micropropagation, Red, Seoul Kitchen, Red,Physical

متن کاملThe Effect of Different Concentrations of Plant Growt Regulators on Micropropagation of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana cv. White
Shoot tips from actively growing, greenhouse maintained plants of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were cultured in vitro for shoot proliferation and root initiation on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium supplemented with NAA and BA, both in concentrations of 0.00, 0.50, 1.00 and 2.00 mg l-1. Results showed that the maximum plantlets height (7.012 cm), node number (4.516), root number (8.860) and roo...

Due to the problems of sexual and asexual reproduction of Haworthia attenuatae as one of the most popular ornamental succulents, the possibility of micropropagation of this plant in in vitro conditions was studied. The effect of BAP (Benzylamino purine) and Kin (Kinetin) (0.5, 1 and 2 mg/l) in Combination with IBA (Indole-3-acetic acid) (0, 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 mg/l) using leaf explants on the sho...

متن کاملImproving Pistacia vera micropropagation: with emphasis on the efficiency of minerals, vitamins and plant growth regulators
A complete micropropagation protocol was developed for Pistacia vera cv. Ghazvini, an important rootstock in Pistachio orchards in Iran. In present study, the efficiency of a new medium called GNH (Garoosi, Nezami and Haddad) was investigated against some standard media. Different vitamins, calcium (Ca) sources and plant growth regulators (PGRs) were tested on in vitro shoot multiplication and ...
